Full members

The association relies upon its members, which are in fact its very backbone.

Administration, management are carried out by the AEA council, responsible for thematic scientific working groups and correspondents.

AEA council

The council deals with issues concerning the general policy of the association, which it considers necessary for furthering its aims. It is in particular responsible for the adequacy of the choices of topics and methods to the AEA aims. It is a guarantee of professionalism and scientific value of activities, conferences and publications.

Past presidents take an active part in AEA decisions: Robert Guesnerie, professor at the “Collège de France”, and Jean H. P. Paelinck, professor emeritus of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
